Los Angeles, California- During the 119th annual Tournament of Roses Parade, representatives of the Egyptian Tourist Authority, Egypt Supreme Council of Antiquities and the World Air League met to discuss developing activities in Cairo for the World Sky Race. The award winning float "Celebrating the Treasures of Egypt" by Cairo-Los Angeles Friendship Committee was major highlight of the occasion.

Dr. Zahi Hawass, World Air League Honorary Director and Veronica Verve, World Air League Sponsor Development worked on the film script for the World Sky Race Public Service Announcements.
